Monterey, CA – The Mignanelli Family’s history of distinctly crafting highly rated single-vineyard and appellation-specific wines continues beyond their accredited Mignanelli brand, as the family has placed significant effort toward producing wines that are priced for everyday enjoyment — leading to the creation of a new ultra-premium brand.
Mignanelli Family Wines is excited to announce an innovative, forward-thinking and relevant brand, the first addition to their portfolio outside of single-appellation wines, Fifty-Fifty ‘Grand Appellation’, focused on a single established varietal from two noteworthy appellations, resulting in an artfully crafted 50/50 blend. The Mignanelli Family has partnered with long-term notable growers in the most sought-after appellations (Anderson Valley, Santa Cruz Mountains, Santa Lucia Highlands and Santa Maria Valley) to compose wines of impeccable quality and true varietal character. The ‘Grand Appellation’ series represents a collaboration of two well-renowned appellations, both known for the exquisite quality of the same varietal. The inaugural dual appellation 50/50 blend is comprised of Santa Lucia Highlands and Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir. Fifty-Fifty wines are produced under the artisan eye of Winemaster Byron Mignanelli, retailing at $17.99.
*Fifty-Fifty ‘Grand Appellation’ is scheduled for release into the US national market the last week of May, 2020.
