La Prenda Wines is pleased to announce the release of the new Blanc de Noir from Fifth Hill Wines. The Fifth Hill 2020 Blanc de Noir Methode Traditionelle is now available in the tasting room and featured on the new Sparkling Wine Tasting!
“The 2020 growing season was preceded by a dry, mild winter,” explains Winemaker Mike Cox. “Bud break began earlier than normal and crop yields were relatively light, leading to an early start of harvest.” This gives the Fifth Hill 2020 Blanc de Noir generous aromas of apricot, lemon zest and glazed orange, layered with a bit of almond paste and puff pastry. A bright, tart and lively palate opens with nuances of lemon, honey, and custard, and a long elegant finish.
Guests can now enjoy five Sparkling Wines for $30 on our new tasting menu, including the 95476 2021 Sonoma Coast Pétillant Naturel, Fifth Hill 2020 Pétillant Naturel “Cadillac”, NEW Fifth Hill 2020 Blanc de Noir, La Prenda 2021 Brut Rosé, and the 95476 North Coast Brut “Secco”.
