Wine tasting is one of the great pleasures of life. And because it’s subjective, it can be a completely unique experience for each taster. We find that tasting with others…friends and family…greatly amplifies the experience. If you’re on your own, listen to what others are saying and see how that compares to your experience. And, by all means, talk to your pourer. We have met some of the most lovely people by engaging our pourers and seeking their opinions and reactions to the wine.
