Our heart healthy olive oil is made with Arbequina Olives, a Spanish varietal, grown right here in California. Olive oil made from this type of olive is known for its big, bold, peppery flavor, and while great in pasta or other cooked dishes, is best served in a salad or alongside a great baguette for dipping.
Come visit our tasting room located in Mount Aukum – the border between El Dorado and Amador Counties and an area home to over a hundred wineries and some of California’s best wines. And While in our tasting room, take a break from sampling our olive oil and specialty food items and browse for a gift that could include local artisan products. How about Raku Pottery by local artist Danny Bray or 1 of our various balsamic or berry vinegars. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine and enjoy our picnic grounds – we’ll supply the corkscrew!
