The newly opened Rosenblum Cellars tasting room, located just off the plaza in the wine-drenched hamlet of Healdsburg, is an urban-chic oasis for visitors and locals alike. The tasting room and “Club & Locals Lounge” is housed in a corrugated barn-like building that it shares with Murphy-Goode Winery, The Wurst (an awesome local favorite eatery that features home-made sausages and arguably the best onion rings in town) and Relish Culinary Adventures. Good smells abound in this part of town – in fact, Rosenblum is working with Relish for their upcoming their food and wine pairing program
The tasting room is bright and airy, with lots of windows that let in the Sonoma County sunshine. The tasting bar is made of distressed wood and the walls are a warm brown tone. A tasteful selection of wine-related gifts is artfully displayed around the tasting room, urging the discriminating shopper to browse a while.
The Club & Locals Lounge, located just off the tasting room, is another open-feeling room filled with cushy couches, tables and chairs for a more relaxed tasting experience. A large flat-screen TV sits on the back wall, inviting club members and locals to relax and stay a while. As a Healdsburg resident, I am very excited about this feature! It is open to wine club members and Healdsburg residents only and this local plans on hanging out there and enjoying sparkling wine cocktails on the weekends and their food and wine pairing treats. See you there!
