Located in the El Pomar District AVA in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country, Rava Wines + Events is the place for celebrations and live entertainment. The vineyards were established in 1996 and span over 2000 acres, 26 varieties and growing regions in Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties. The Rava’s, a third-generation farming family, have taken their expertise into the cellar crafting sparkling wines in the traditional méthode champenoise style. Rava Wines is the only wine tasting room in Paso Robles with a full flight of sparkling wines and the first winery in Paso Robles to specialize in Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Wine. They take great pride in growing and harvesting their own grapes, striving to retain the intimate link between their roots and the wine.
