Hansen Vineyards, located on 30 acres in Templeton, Ca, develops estate-grown, hand-crafted wines that are fermented for long periods of time to get the maximum extraction from the skins. They are then aged in French Oak Barrels for three to four years before bottling. This dedication to aging is unique in the industry. Here we use no filtration or blending and because all processing is done by hand, Hansen Vineyards’ wines are deep, rich and very elegant! As a small, boutique winery, Hansen Vineyards produces approximately 200-300 cases per lot, and approximately 2500 cases per year.
