Founded in 2006, Caraccioli Cellars aims to deliver the highest quality wines through top-tier grapes from the Santa Lucia Highlands. We strive to highlight the quality of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes by developing ‘fruit forward’ still and sparkle varietals. We offer Brut and Brut Rosé in our sparkle program and Pinot Noir and Chardonnay still wines. Michel Salgues, previously head winemaker at Roderer Estate, leads our sparkling wine division, while Joe Rowetizer develops our still wines. We strive to provide the most elegant wines possible through rigorous procedures perfected by Salgues. With meticulous attention to detail, we are able to eliminate defects and perfect our wine making process.
